A travel not just into Borderies, Cognac - but into the secret universe of the art of Cognac. Learning about the immense amount of expertise that goes into every single aspect and detail of producing it. Immersing myself in the rich colours of its world: vibrant greens, earthy browns and liquid gold. But what stuck with me most was the exquisite perfume of what they call the Angels’ Share that rolled over me like a wave on entering the chaise.

Having had this experience of Cognac, I will never look at a bottle the same way again.
